At PenPack, we take pride in the quality and accuracy of every order we produce. Each product is custom-made and carefully inspected before it leaves our facility.

Because all orders are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your order — such as quality concerns, misprints, or missing quantities — please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Once reviewed and verified, we’re happy to provide a credit on your account or reprint the affected items at no additional cost to you.

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the problem (if applicable)
